Time for a Townhouse

Selling a Rental Property
We bought our house thru Gary some years ago. We had been in contact several times regarding Selling a Condominium that we had been renting. Discussion was about the right time for us to sell, also the advantages of selling when it was vacant.
The tenants decided to move in June 2021, so we listed and sold that month, considerably higher than list price.
